Skills & Experience

Strong, above average communication skills – both written and verbal

We are looking for energetic, self starting leaders to join our growing business.You will be responsible for a team that deals with some of the financial industry’s senior players in supporting their deals and investment process. This role will suit team leaders with a strong client service mindset looking to do something different and join a growing industry.
Responsibilities will include:

Manage the day to day running of a small, impactful and effective team

Lead by example, executing on your own client work while managing the team

· Identify and establish sales leads across Listed and Unlisted fund managers
· Provide a key sales support function for the Managing Director
· Source and facilitate impactful meetings to build sales pipeline
· Assist in various sales administration tasks and sales campaigns
· Constant monitoring of industry developments
Skills & Experience
· 12+ months minimum experience in client service, sales, market research or recruitment
· Proven ability to deliver and work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines is desired
· Proven track record in building a sales pipe and executing on sales outreach
· Good organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
· Strong, above average communication skills – both written and verbal
· Attention to detail and a strong work ethic with proven ability to deliver
· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
