It's the first 10 with the Team of the year! We’re so excited to feature Henry Bickerstaff, a Sydney-based Triangulate Knowledge Associate. In less than a year, he’s already made a significant impact on the client service team, and we’re excited to get his thoughts on the expert network industry and beyond.
Q1. How has your 2026 been with Triangulate Knowledge been so far?
It's been an exciting start to the year as longer projects are coming through.
Q2. What’s something you’ve learnt about expert networks since working at TK?
It's all about building connections! I guess it's in the name, but growing your network is incredibly important.
Q3. Aside from having immediate access to multiple time zones (fun fact: there is no good time to get someone from the US, Australia, and the UK on a call together), what’s a common misconception about expert networks you’d love to clear up?
That we just reach out to anyone. In reality, we invest a lot of time and effort into finding the freshest and most relevant experts for our clients.
Q4. What’s the best piece of career advice you’ve ever received?
Do what you enjoy, and you'll never work a day in your life. If you find something you enjoy doing it won't feel like work, so don't be afraid to take the risk to do something that excites you.
Q5. How do you stay organised during a busy week?
I figure out my priorities with the help of the senior staff and make sure to stay on top of it. I often like to write a to-do list for the day and nail it!
Q6. Who’s one person you’d invite to dinner, dead or alive?
Jurgen Klopp, the former Liverpool FC Manager. He’s an incredible leader, and I think he’d have great stories on how he led the team in spite of all the pressure.
Q7. What’s a fun fact about yourself that others might not know?
I'm a massive Liverpool Fan, I'll always get up to watch the games live - even if they're in the middle of the night.
Q8. What’s your favourite part of working at an expert network?
The variety of projects means you end up learning about so many different industries; it's very interesting.
Q9. What’s one achievement at TK you’re especially proud of so far?
Building strong relationships with both clients and experts has been a big achievement for me. It’s made the work even more fulfilling.
Q10. What are your goals for the rest of 2026?
To keep learning and improving my communication skills both on the phone and over email and potentially get into the sales side of the business.
