Henry Gorniak  

Australian Power System Operations & Electricity Market Specialist 

With a career spanning nearly five decades, Henry Gorniak is one of Australia’s most respected electrical engineers and a defining figure in the evolution of the National Electricity Market. As one of the last cadet engineers employed by the Hydro‑Electric Commission in Tasmania in the mid 1970s, he has built a reputation for deep technical expertise, operational leadership, and an unmatched understanding of how Australia’s power system functions in practice. 

Across roles in Tasmania, Victoria, Queensland, and New Zealand, Henry’s work has shaped distribution, transmission, generation, system control, electricity trading, regulatory reform, and policy development. His career includes senior positions at the Hydro‑Electric Commission Tasmania, the State Electricity Commission Victoria, the Victorian Power Exchange, and senior positions later at National Electricity Market Management Company (NEMMCO) and the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), where he played a central role in the development and operation of the NEM. 

Henry has overseen national control rooms, technical support teams, and training functions responsible for delivering secure, reliable power system and market operations. His leadership helped establish the operational frameworks, procedures, and competencies that underpin the modern electricity market. Most recently, Henry's commitment to engineering excellence has made him a trusted adviser across the organisation and the broader industry.

Munjal Vaidya  

Cloud Sales & GTM Strategy Leader

With a career spanning enterprise sales, cloud transformation, and high‑growth GTM leadership across APAC and ANZ, Munjal Vaidya has built a reputation for helping technology companies accelerate revenue, sharpen their sales motion, and scale into new markets. His work sits at the intersection of cloud platforms, AI‑driven sales execution, and modern go‑to‑market strategy, shaped through senior roles at Google, Databricks, TIBCO and DoiT.

As Head of Sales ANZ for DoiT, he leads new‑logo acquisition across AI, tech, software, and digital native customers, helping organisations move from GenAI proof‑of‑concepts to production while optimising cloud spend. His previous leadership roles include heading the Enterprise business for Health-tech companies at Google and overseeing Databricks business across ASEAN, where he partnered with some of the region’s most successful software companies to scale cloud adoption and modernise their GTM strategies. 

Alongside his executive roles, Munjal Vaidya is a trusted GTM advisor to startup founders, helping early stage and scaling companies build real sales motions, identify new revenue channels, and apply AI intelligently across prospecting and GTM execution. Known for his practical guidance and human‑first approach to selling, he works with founders and CEOs who want sharper strategy, cleaner execution, and predictable revenue; offering insights grounded in years of selling, coaching, and fixing broken sales processes across SaaS, media, digital transformation, and emerging tech.
