With a background that includes senior engineering, architecture, and technical leadership roles across cloud, service provider, and mission-critical environments, Melchior brings expertise in routing, cryptographic resilience, SDN automation, and large-scale infrastructure design. He is known for bridging deep technical insight with practical, business-aligned decision-making to help organisations build secure, high-performance, and future-ready networks.

Martin is a senior hospitality technology and digital transformation leader with more than three decades of experience supporting hotel owners, operators, investors, and technology companies across global markets. His work spans advisory, executive leadership, and hands-on transformation, with a practical, business-first approach grounded in real operational and technology experience, including more than two decades in senior technology leadership at Marriott International, with skills readily transferable to other asset and service intensive industries. As Founder and Principal of Bookallil Advisory, Martin works closely with CEOs and boards on technology strategy, digital transformation, market entry, and M&A support. Recent engagements include helping launch a large-scale hotel start-up in the Middle East, leading digital transformation initiatives in Europe, advising on acquisitions for global and Australian organisations, and supporting companies expanding into Asia. He also advises executive teams on leadership structure and senior talent selection for global portfolios. Martin helps organisations translate technology investment into measurable performance, scalability, and long-term value across complex operating environments.
